Stop. Just stop looking for a real estate agent to represent your luxury property.

Brian Loebker (00:12):

Hey everyone, Brian Loebker, luxury real estate agent with Michael Saunders & Company, Sarasota, Florida.

Brian Loebker (00:17):

Pretty catchy headline, right? Yeah. Believe it or not. We actually mean what we say.

Brian Loebker (00:22):

Now that being said, let’s put it into context. You absolutely need a licensed real estate professional to help market your property. That being said, it’s not who you need to be looking for and it’s not who you need to be interviewing for when you’re choosing a listing agent. What you need to be looking for is a professional marketer who happens to specialize in real estate. And that is what separates us from the rest of the pack.

Brian Loebker (00:46):

The competition in the luxury market for homes available for purchase is greater than it’s ever been. The level of white noise in the market that you have to rise above, higher than it’s ever been. If you’re not leveraging social media, videography, like we’re doing right now, exceptional still photography, you’re already behind the power curve. The luxury buyer is getting younger and younger and has more and more choices and venues and avenues to find the properties. If you’re not taking advantage of all of them, someone else is going to be. Someone else is marketing to your buyer.

Brian Loebker (01:20):

Again, that’s what we believe. It’s what separates us. We absolutely don’t mean that you don’t need a real estate agent. You need that. You absolutely do. But what you need is a real estate agent, who’s a marketer first and that’s what we do.

Brian Loebker (01:31):

Again, always a pleasure to have you all here. Brian Loebker, Michael Saunders & Company, Sarasota, Florida, luxury real estate. Look forward to seeing you all soon. Cheers.
